You understand that there is a non-refundable reservation deposit of $250.(Required)

This deposit will secure your chosen piglet or a future piglet. The $250 deposit will be deducted from the original purchase price of the agreed-upon piglet. The final balance is to be must be paid in full and received prior to or at the time the piglet is picked up unless other arrangements are made in advance and confirmed in writing.

Upon receipt of the deposit, Noble Mini Pigs agrees that the piglet described above will not be sold to any other party other than the Purchaser.

Cancellation:
If the Purchaser fails to pay the final balance, pick up the piglet within the agreed time frame, or fails to respond to contact attempts by Noble Mini Pigs, the deposit will be forfeited, and Noble Mini Pigs reserves the right to cancel the sale and sell the piglet to another party. If the sale involves shipping or transportation and the Purchaser fails to pay the required extra fees, the sale may also be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

Noble Mini Pigs reserves the right to cancel the sale at any time if it is deemed in the best interest of the piglet's welfare, including but not limited to concerns about the Purchaser's ability to provide appropriate care, housing, or safety for the piglet, or if there is a breach of agreement by the Purchaser. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited. If Noble Mini Pigs cancels the sale for other reasons, the deposit may be refunded or applied to a future piglet at Noble Mini Pigs'
